These terms govern your use of Loh o Qalam's live classes and website. By enrolling in a course, you agree to them.

1. Enrolment & cohorts

Every cohort is capped at 30 students and filled on a first-confirmed basis. An advisor finalises your enrolment once your slot and payment are confirmed — an enquiry alone does not guarantee a seat.

2. Free trial classes

Your free trial happens inside the live cohort itself, not a separate demo class. There is no obligation to continue and no payment required for the trial.

3. Monthly billing

Courses are billed monthly with no long-term subscription. You can stop at any time by telling your advisor.

4. Attendance & conduct

We expect punctuality and respectful conduct in every class. Class content may not be recorded, redistributed, or resold without our written permission.

5. Certificates

Certificates are issued only on completion, per your mentor's attendance and assessment criteria. Every certificate carries a unique ID you can check on our certificate verification page.

6. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our separate refund policy.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued enrolment after a change means you accept the updated terms.
