1. What we collect
When you enquire or enrol, we collect your name, contact number (including WhatsApp), email address, timezone, and the course you're interested in. Once you're in a cohort, we record class attendance and completion so we can issue and later verify your certificate.
2. How we use it
We use this information to place you in the right cohort, tell you about class timings or changes, issue and verify certificates, and improve our courses. We do not sell your data to third parties.
3. WhatsApp & messaging
Most of our communication with you happens over WhatsApp. Messaging an advisor is treated as consent to be contacted there about your enquiry or enrolment. You can ask to switch to email at any time.
4. Payment information
Enrolment is confirmed manually by an advisor — we do not collect card details on this website. Where a payment link is used, it is processed directly by our payment partner, not stored by us.
5. Data retention
We keep enrolment and completion records for as long as needed to support certificate verification and our record-keeping obligations.
6. Your rights
You can ask us to correct or delete your personal information by writing to hello@lohoqalam.com. Certificate records may be retained separately for verification purposes even after a deletion request.
