Refund policy

We would rather you try a class for free than pay and ask for a refund. This policy explains what to expect either way.

1. Free trial first

Every course can be sat once for free in the real cohort before you pay anything. We strongly recommend doing this before enrolling.

2. First-week refund

If you're unsatisfied within the first week of paid classes, contact your advisor for a full refund of that month's fee.

3. After the first week

Once the first week has passed, that month's fee becomes non-refundable — your seat is reserved in a 30-student cohort. You can still opt out of the following month at any time.

4. Missed classes

Individual missed classes are not refunded, but your mentor will help you catch up.

5. Cancelled cohorts

If Loh o Qalam cancels a cohort before it starts (for example, if minimum enrolment isn't met), you'll receive a full refund.

6. How to request a refund

Message your advisor on WhatsApp or write to hello@lohoqalam.com with your name and course. Eligible refunds are processed within 7 business days.
